Shrewsbury will launch their npower League Two promotion push at home to Bradford with a new-look outfit. Graham Turner has taken over the helm following Paul Simpson's dismissal and the former Hereford chief has brought in nine new faces over the summer. The boss has a near fully-fit squad for the visit of the Bantams, although Nathan Elder (knee ligaments) is a long-term absentee and is not expected back while February. Striker Kris Bright is back in training after being struck down by illness but the weekend's match comes too soon for the 23-year-old. Otherwise, the Shrews are at full strength and Turner is keen to get results on the board, telling the club's official website: "I think the most important thing is winning and that's what supporters expect. "The atmosphere among the players has been very good, the response to what we've asked them to do has been good and I think that's important. We want players to buy into what you're trying to do."
