Shrewsbury lost to goals at the start of either half, and the Town chief told ShrewsWeb: 'We've given bad goals away today and had chances to get back into the game but no one wanted to take the responsibility to put the ball back into the net'.
Town missed a 90th minute penalty and Luke Rodgers also misfired when through one on one.
Quinn was also worried about the overall mood amongst the squad. He said: 'At the moment we don't seem to believe that as a team we are going to win, it's something we need to address.'
The boss identified a third area for work as well, 'We had 15 corners today and we've only got on the end of one of those and that's ended up with a penalty for us if your getting that many corners we need to be getting more out of it', he said.
Town'snext game is at home against Cheltenham on Tuesday, k.o 7:45.
