KEVIN RATCLIFFE (SHREWSBURY TOWN)

Kevin Ratcliffe was clear disappointed with thr result but still holds hope that Salop can make the Play-offs:

"I'm disappointed today, for the first time this year I didn't fell we were going to score, and I find that hard to believe".

"It now makes it very, very difficult for us, as we have to hope for other teams to slip up and drop points, but it doesn't make it impossible".

"We won't give up until the last game, but we've got a lot of hard work to do to achieve our goal, but it's not out of our grasp".

Ratcliffe gave credit to Torquay though and he thought the better team won.

"Sometimes you've got to give credit to the opposition, Torquay have come here and done a job and it's paid of for them.

But he was very disapointed with the goal we conceeded.

"It was a scrappy goal to concede and it's hard to think we've gone behind from a set-piece.

ROY MACFARLAND (TORQUAY UNITED)

Speaking after last night’s win manager McFarland said that this wasn’t the end of the season, and that there would be no taking the foot off the gas. "We want to finish as far up the table as we can, it would be great to continue in this form until the last match at Swansea."
